“Food and wine stalls, dances and fireworks!
Every year, on the third weekend of August, the traditional Festa dell’Ospite returns to Lazise with dozens of food stalls, entertainment shows and guaranteed fun for young and old. On all three evenings of the event, from 6 p.m. to midnight, you can taste traditional dishes such as risotto al tastasal, mixed fried fish and salamella with polenta, accompanied by local wines such as Bardolino and Custoza. You can also listen to live music every evening in the most characteristic places of Lazise: the courtyard of the presbytery, the old port, Piazzetta Beccherie and Lungolago Marconi. Finally, on Sunday, to the rhythm of the music, you will be able to witness the traditional fireworks on the water, to close in beauty this event that involves the whole community.”
